What we collect
When you register for a church pass we collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number. We also keep a record of when you check in at our services and events, and, if you choose to receive texts, the date and time you agreed to them.
How we use it
- To create your church pass and let you pull it up again later.
- To check you in at the door and understand attendance.
- To send you your pass by email, and by text message if you opted in.
- To confirm it's really you when you retrieve an existing pass, using a one-time code.
Text message (SMS) terms
- Program: ZICC church pass messages.
- What you'll receive: one text with a link to your church pass after you register, and a one-time verification code each time you ask to retrieve an existing pass. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity.
- Consent: You agree to receive these texts by checking the box on our registration form. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of registering or attending.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time and you'll receive no more texts from us.
- Help: Reply HELP or email zicc@zicc.church.
- Availability: This program is for U.S. mobile numbers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We use a small number of service providers to run the registration system: a messaging provider to deliver texts, an email provider to deliver email, and a hosting provider to run this website and store registrations. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your registration so your church pass keeps working. To see, correct, or delete your information, email zicc@zicc.church and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this page we'll update the date at the top.
